Suzuki Lab awarded CRNA collaborative development pilot grant to study HIV-1 gRNA. We will work with Dr. Nate Sherer lab to study dynamics of HIV-1 gRNA.

Jon successfully defended his PhD dissertation at the end of August 2024. He took for only 2 year and 10 months to obtain his PhD in my lab. He published one JCB as a first-author and coming two additional papers as a first- and co-author. Congrats!!

Our EBV research project was selected as one of 16 projects chosen for Research Forward 2023. This project is collaborative project with Drs. Bill Sugden and Eric Johannsen. This is my first large funding for virology research!! We are very excited to study EBV.
